Apple updates

Every 30 minutes we check what Apple and the Swift project have published, so a new OS version, a new Xcode or a rule change shows up here quickly. We list titles and link to the official page; we do not copy the text.

When the text of the App Review Guidelines page changes we are alerted and keep the full page from that moment, so we can tell which rule moved.
