Rejected by App Review: reply, fix or appeal, in order
A rejection from App Review is a message with a guideline number, and that number decides whether you reply, fix and resubmit, or appeal. A sensible order, how resubmitting the same version works, what happens to your in-app purchases, what a 5.6 date means, and what not to do.

Guideline 4.3 and 4.2.6 rejections do not say your app is broken. They say it is hard to tell apart from what is already on the App Store. An order that works: read which of the three similarity tests you hit, change the product, then the store page, then resubmit.
