- Eligibility You may use ViewOne only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
- License Obelisk Club grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ViewOne.
- Pro Purchase Some features require a one-time Pro purchase through the Mac App Store. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to auto-renew or cancel. You can restore your purchase on any Mac signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security controls, or misuse the service.
- Service Changes We may update features to improve quality, security, and compatibility.
- Disclaimer ViewOne is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Obelisk Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
