Cogniary is a guided thought record for anyone doing CBT work — on their own or between therapy sessions. Instead of a blank page or a mood-only diary, it walks you through the same structure a therapist would: what happened, the automatic thought it triggered, the feeling behind it, and a more balanced way to see it.
