1. Eligibility You may use SnapPro only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Requires macOS 15.0 or later.
2. License Obelisk Club grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnapPro.
3. Free Tier & Pro Upgrade All capture features are free, including unlimited screenshots and unlimited recording with H.264/HEVC. Pro features (AI smart naming, batch capture, auto privacy blur, GIF export, ProRes codec, export presets) require a Pro subscription or one-time lifetime purchase through the Mac App Store.
4. Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security controls, or misuse the service.
5. Service Changes We may update features to improve quality, security, and compatibility.
6. Disclaimer SnapPro is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Obelisk Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
