- Eligibility You may use ShotKit only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Requires iOS 17.0 or later.
- License Obelisk Club grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShotKit.
- Free Tier & Pro Upgrade Core beautify and basic annotation tools are free, and exports are never watermarked. Pro features (premium backgrounds and frame packs, unlimited stitching, batch export, advanced redaction) require a Pro subscription or one-time lifetime purchase through the App Store.
- Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security controls, or misuse the service.
- Service Changes We may update features to improve quality, security, and compatibility.
- Disclaimer ShotKit is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Obelisk Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
