1. Eligibility You may use ShotKit only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Requires iOS 17.0 or later.
2. License Obelisk Club grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShotKit.
3. Free Tier & Pro Upgrade Core beautify and basic annotation tools are free, and exports are never watermarked. Pro features (premium backgrounds and frame packs, unlimited stitching, batch export, advanced redaction) require a Pro subscription or one-time lifetime purchase through the App Store.
4. Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security controls, or misuse the service.
5. Service Changes We may update features to improve quality, security, and compatibility.
6. Disclaimer ShotKit is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Obelisk Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
