1. Eligibility You may use QuickVid Compress only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
2. License Obelisk Club grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuickVid Compress.
3. Pro Upgrade Some features require a one-time Pro purchase through the Mac App Store. Free users have unlimited access to the Recommended compression mode.
4. Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security controls, or misuse the service.
5. Disclaimer QuickVid Compress is provided "as is". Obelisk Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any loss of video data.
