1. Scope This notice explains how NearBeam processes information when you use the app.
2. Data We Collect NearBeam does not collect any data. Photos and files are transferred directly between your device and a nearby device over Wi-Fi Aware. Nothing is uploaded to any server. No accounts are required. No telemetry or analytics are collected.
3. Why We Process Data We process data solely to deliver the local device-to-device transfer feature on your device.
4. Sharing We do not collect, sell, or share any personal information. The only data movement is the direct transfer you initiate to a device you choose.
5. Retention Transferred files are stored locally on the sending and receiving devices under your control.
6. Security Transfers occur directly between two nearby devices over the encrypted local Wi-Fi Aware data path. Network access is used for StoreKit only.
