Start from a built-in library of 30+ maintenance tasks — HVAC filters, gutter cleaning, water heater flushes, smoke detector tests, and seasonal jobs like winterizing outdoor faucets — each with a sensible default interval you can adjust. Add your own tasks for anything the library does not cover. Every completed task is logged to a history you can review later, so you always know what was done and when.
