Homewheel turns home maintenance into a rhythm you can actually see. Instead of a flat list of due dates, it shows your year as a wheel — twelve month segments where task density tells you at a glance when your home needs attention and when it's quiet.

Start from a built-in library of 30+ maintenance tasks — HVAC filters, gutter cleaning, water heater flushes, smoke detector tests, and seasonal jobs like winterizing outdoor faucets — each with a sensible default interval you can adjust. Add your own tasks for anything the library doesn't cover.

Every completed task is logged to a history you can review later, so you always know what was done and when. Homewheel works entirely offline: no account, no sign-in, and no data ever leaves your device.

A single property is included in the base app. Pro unlocks unlimited properties for tracking a second home, a cabin, or a rental alongside your primary residence, calendar export (.ics) to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or any calendar app, and CSV export of your full completion history.
