SpirioBuild your own breath pattern

Spirio is a breathing timer you can rewrite. Three patterns come built in, and after that you set your own: inhale, hold, exhale and rest, each to whatever length suits you, saved and waiting next time.

WHAT MAKES SPIRIO DIFFERENT

• A pattern of your own, not a preset you put up with
  Pro lets you name a pattern and give each of its four phases any duration you like. It is stored and sits alongside the built-in ones.
• The physiological sigh
  As well as box breathing at 4-4-4-4 and 4-7-8, Spirio includes the double-inhale sigh: two inhales, a brief hold, then one long slow exhale.
• A cue you can follow with your eyes closed
  A short system sound marks every change of phase, and another marks the end of the session.
• It keeps its place
  Leave the app part-way through and come back, and Spirio accounts for the time that passed instead of restarting the phase.
• Sessions the length you want
  One to five minutes included, up to thirty with Pro, and every finished session is kept in your history.

PRICING

Included: box breathing, 4-7-8, the physiological sigh, and sessions of one to five minutes. Spirio Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, never a subscription. It adds custom patterns and session lengths of ten to thirty minutes.
