App Review Guideline 2.1 rejection (App Completeness): the reviewer is your first cold-start user
Guideline 2.1(a) and 2.1(b) rejections say bugs were found or the review could not be completed. They are usually cold-start, frozen purchase button or missing in-app purchase problems that green builds never show. How to reproduce what the reviewer saw.
