Humble Habits is small on purpose: a minute at a time, for the moments that actually need it. SIX MOMENTS Wake · Focus · Move · Reset · Unwind · Sleep. Each has a few simple, physical practices — breathe out longer than you breathe in, unclench your jaw, look at something far away, roll your shoulders, hum. Wake and Move each have a one-minute stretch timer. QUIET NUDGES Switch on the practices you like and it sends a gentle nudge at their usual time of day, morning, afternoon or evening, a little earlier or later each day so it never becomes background noise. Each nudge is the practice itself. Do it from the Lock Screen and get on with your day. CALM NOW, ONE PRESS AWAY Put Calm Now on your Action Button, in Control Center or on your Lock Screen, or ask Siri. One press starts a one-minute guided breath. Close your eyes and follow the gentle vibration. SOUNDS AND A TIMER Ocean, Waves and Rain, with a timer that fades them out. Waves are made on your phone as they play, so no two are the same; Ocean and Rain are recordings that come inside the app. Nothing streams. And Sit: a meditation timer with a bell, and a sound underneath if you like. That's all. NO STREAKS. NO GUILT. No scores, no badges, no "you missed yesterday." Days you pause get a soft tint on a simple calendar.
