Vigia keeps your health and your family's in order: a child, a parent, a partner. Medications, readings, appointments and documents, each in its own profile, all on your iPhone. REMINDERS THAT REALLY RING • Medication reminders that keep going until you answer: taken, skipped or snoozed • On iOS 26 important doses ring like an alarm, even in silent mode • Every reminder says whose it is: "Leo · Amoxicillin · 8:00 PM" • One screen checks notifications and permissions and walks you through each step • If the phone could not alert you, Vigia says so: an unconfirmed dose is never passed off as a skipped one ONE PROFILE PER PERSON • You, your children, your parents: each with their own colour and data • Date of birth, doctor, emergency contacts, allergies and conditions, if you want to note them • The Today screen shows everyone's doses, or just one person's MEDICATIONS, READINGS, APPOINTMENTS • Times, days of the week, an end date for short courses • Stock: units left and a reminder when they are running low • History of confirmations: "22 of 30 doses confirmed" • Weight, blood pressure, glucose, temperature, oxygen saturation, heart rate and custom readings, with circumstances (fasting, left arm…) • Visits with advance reminders, contact, what to bring and outcome YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • No account, no server, no ads, no analytics • Everything stays on your iPhone; backup is your own iCloud • Password-encrypted export to move to a new phone • App lock with Face ID, Touch ID or PIN FREE, ALWAYS Reminders, confirmations, all profiles, readings and their history are free, with no limits.
