Unlimited Statistics is a private, native statistics workbench for Mac, iPhone and iPad. Buy it once, work offline, and keep your data on your device. FIND A METHOD THAT FITS YOUR DATA Describe the question you want to answer, choose your variables, and let the Advisor grade applicable methods against the data you actually loaded. Its recommendations come from running each method and inspecting that method's own assumption checks — not from a generic lookup table. Pick a recommendation and your variable choices come with it. RESULTS WITH CONTEXT See the estimate and confidence interval first, followed by tested assumptions, the selected variant, missing-row handling, and a journal-style sentence. Compare Welch and Student, exact and asymptotic procedures, robust and classical standard errors, and other relevant alternatives without rebuilding an analysis. A DEEP METHODS CATALOG Two hundred and sixteen methods in seventeen areas: comparing groups; regression with categorical predictors, interactions, weights and cluster-robust standard errors; effect sizes and equivalence tests; categorical tests; survival analysis; multivariate methods; meta-analysis; time series; Bayesian factors and posteriors with the prior stated; quality and design of experiments; anytime-valid tests, conformal prediction and group-sequential designs; power and sample size for twenty designs, each with its power curve; regression diagnostics and model comparison; curve fitting; linear mixed models and GEE; and causal inference — matching, weighting, doubly robust estimation, difference-in-differences, regression discontinuity, instrumental variables, mediation and E-values. PREPARE AND EXPLORE DATA On Mac and iPad the table and its instant analysis sit side by side: the data at full height on the left, one scrolling column of already-run methods on the right that follows every column you click. Compute new variables from expressions, filter rows, recode levels and set the reference level, declare missing codes, sort, sample, reshape between wide and long, merge, append and collapse by group. Every step is recorded and can be removed or replayed. Export any result as PDF, HTML, Markdown, LaTeX or Word-pasteable rich text. Build charts by dropping columns onto X, Y, colour, size and facet wells: scatter, line, bar, box, violin, histogram, density, ECDF and heatmap, with trend lines and LOESS overlays that print their statistics, and export to PNG, PDF and SVG. Explore eighteen probability distributions with densities, four tail directions and percentiles. Undefined means and variances stay undefined. BUILD INTUITION Twenty-three interactive counterexamples make statistical traps visible: identical summaries with different shapes, unstable Cauchy means, p-values under a true null, optional stopping, Simpson's paradox, selection bias, outliers and robust regression. Move the controls and the result recomputes. REFERENCE CHECKS Every method is checked against published reference results, and you can compute the 31 NIST reference datasets to see how many digits agree with each certified value. No figure in the app is baked; every one is recomputed on your device. USE REAL DATA Open CSV, TSV and text tables, SPSS .sav files, Stata .dta files from Stata 13 onward, SAS XPORT and SAS sas7bdat files. Export any dataset as CSV. Quoted fields, embedded commas, declared missing values and categorical levels are preserved. Your datasets and analyses are saved locally between sessions. There is no account, server, analytics, advertising or in-app purchase.
