1. Eligibility You may use ViewOne only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
2. License Obelisk Club grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ViewOne.
3. Pro Purchase Some features require a one-time Pro purchase through the Mac App Store. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to auto-renew or cancel. You can restore your purchase on any Mac signed in with the same Apple ID.
4. Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security controls, or misuse the service.
5. Service Changes We may update features to improve quality, security, and compatibility.
6. Disclaimer ViewOne is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Obelisk Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
