1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using SipNote, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service SipNote is a beverage tracking application that allows you to record your daily drink consumption, track caffeine and sugar intake, and view related insights. The App is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
3. In-App Purchase SipNote Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase (US$2.99) that unlocks Pro features permanently. Payment is charged once to your Apple ID at the time of purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no auto-renewal. The purchase can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID via the Restore Purchases button in the app. Family Sharing is not enabled — each Apple ID needs to purchase individually. Refunds, if applicable, follow Apple's App Store refund policy. Prices are in local currency and may vary by region.
4. Informational Use Disclaimer SipNote provides caffeine and sugar tracking features for informational purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for advice regarding caffeine intake, sleep, or any health concerns.
5. User Responsibilities You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, maintaining the security of your device, and complying with all applicable laws when using the App.
6. Intellectual Property SipNote, including its design, code, icons, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability The App is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or for data loss resulting from device failure or any other cause.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
