Common topics:

  • OCR not recognizing text: Ensure good lighting and a clear view of the cup or receipt.
  • Purchase issues: Use Restore Purchases in Settings to restore SipNote Pro on a new device or after reinstalling.
  • Data backup: All data is stored locally on this device only. Use the CSV export feature in Settings to back up before reinstalling.
