1. Overview SipNote is a beverage tracking application developed by Obelisk Club. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

2. Information We Collect

Data You Provide:

  • Drink Records: Beverage type, product name, brand, sweetness level, caffeine content, sugar content, price, mood, and notes.
  • Photos: Photos you take of cups or receipts for OCR recognition. Photos are processed on-device and stored locally.
  • Location: When you grant permission, we record the location where you purchased a drink. Location data is stored only on your device.
  • Preferences: Your caffeine limit, bedtime, language preference, and notification settings.

Data We Access with Your Permission:

  • Camera: Used solely to photograph drink cups and receipts for OCR recognition. Photos are never uploaded to external servers.
  • Photo Library: Used only to save share cards you create.
  • Location: Used only to tag where you purchased a drink. We do not track your location in the background.

3. Data Processed On-Device

  • OCR Processing: All text recognition from photos is performed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No images are sent to external servers.
  • Brand Detection: Brand recognition uses on-device NLP processing.
  • Caffeine Metabolism: All metabolism modeling and intake calculations run on-device.

4. Data Storage

  • All data is stored locally on your device.
  • We do not operate any external servers or databases.
  • We do not sync data to iCloud, CloudKit, or any other cloud service.
  • We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on any third-party servers.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or usage data.
  • We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs (no Firebase, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude).
  • We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprints.
  • We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party.

6. 인앱 결제 SipNote Pro는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되는 일회성 비소비성 인앱 결제입니다. 당사는 결제 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 새 기기에서 이전 구매를 복원하려면 설정의 "구매 복원" 버튼을 사용하세요.

7. Children's Privacy SipNote does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

8. Data Deletion You can delete all your data at any time by:

  • Deleting individual drink records within the App.
  • Deleting the App from your device, which removes all local data.
