1. Eligibility You may use QuickPix only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
2. License Obelisk Club grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuickPix.
3. Pro Upgrade Some features require a one-time Pro purchase through the Mac App Store.
4. Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security controls, or misuse the service.
5. Disclaimer QuickPix is provided "as is". Obelisk Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any loss of image data.
