PostureReminderTimer runs a simple reminder loop to help you break up long sitting stretches with a posture check. Start a session and it reminds you at your chosen interval — pick a preset (15, 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes) or set your own — and shows a Live Activity so you can see the countdown without opening the app. Each reminder can be marked done, snoozed, or dismissed, and every one is logged so you can see how consistent you've actually been, not just how consistent you meant to be. Starter tier: one reminder profile with preset intervals and the standard alert sound. Pro (one-time unlock): unlimited reminder profiles, fully custom intervals, quiet hours that pause reminders overnight (or whenever you set), and a silent/vibrate-only alert mode for the office.
