1. Eligibility You may use PhotoBridge only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
2. License Obelisk Club grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PhotoBridge.
3. Free & Pro Tiers PhotoBridge is free to download and use for manual backup and restore. Pro features (background upload, scheduling, automation, smart cleanup) require a paid subscription or lifetime purchase.
4. Subscriptions
- Pro Monthly: $0.99/month (¥6/month)
- Pro Annual: $6.99/year (¥48/year)
- Pro Lifetime: $19.99 one-time (¥148)
- A 7-day free trial is available on first install
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage subscriptions: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
5. Your Storage You are responsible for the availability, security, and configuration of your own storage destinations (NAS, S3, external drives).
6. Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security controls, or misuse the service.
7. Disclaimer PhotoBridge is provided "as is". Obelisk Club is not responsible for data loss caused by storage destination failures, network issues, or misconfiguration.
