FrameDrift fixes wrong photo timestamps in seconds — the exif date batch time-shift corrector for anyone whose photo library got scrambled by a wrong camera clock, an international flight, or an old scanned print. Drag a folder into the darkroom-style filmstrip and every timestamp lines up on a live timeline. Slide a coarse-days plus fine-hours:minutes offset to shift the whole batch at once, or pin a single photo to its true date and let FrameDrift propagate the correct gaps across the rest — perfect when only one photo's date is known for certain. A before/after table lists every filename next to its old and new date so you can verify the change before committing. Changes write to copies by default; flip one checkbox to overwrite the originals in place. FrameDrift touches only DateTimeOriginal and its two sibling EXIF fields — it never renames files, never touches GPS data, never re-encodes pixels. Fully on-device: no accounts, no uploads, no network access of any kind. Included with the one-time Pro unlock: unlimited photos, anchor mode, and in-place overwrite — no subscription for a job you'll only reach for a few times a year.

Key features

  • Batch offset by days, hours, and minutes — see every timestamp shift live

  • Anchor mode: pin one photo's correct date, propagate exact gaps to the rest

  • Before/after table shows every filename's old and new date before you commit

  • Write to safe copies by default, or overwrite originals with one checkbox

  • 100% on-device — no accounts, no uploads, no network access

Founder quote

ExifDateBatchis built around one principle: your data stays on your device. We don't want it, we don't store it, and we don't need it to make the app work. Everything that can run locally, does.”
