Keep a private sneeze diary on Apple Watch with experimental automatic sound detection. While tracking is active, sounds recognized as sneezes are saved automatically. Counts are estimates: detections may be missed or incorrect, and the app cannot identify who sneezed. START TRACKING, COUNT AUTOMATICALLY Open the app, tap Start tracking, and allow microphone access. Sounds recognized as sneezes are added to your count without a tap or confirmation for each event. See today's total, the automatic count, and your current tracking status. STAY IN CONTROL The app uses an active microphone session so tracking can continue when you lower your wrist or leave the screen. Calls, Siri, and system interruptions can stop a session. With Resume when opened enabled, the app attempts to restart when you return; check its status. Pause whenever you want. Continuous microphone use consumes battery, and uninterrupted all-day coverage is not guaranteed. COUNTS YOU CAN CORRECT Automatic counts are estimates. Nearby people, coughs, or other sounds may be counted, and some sneezes may be missed. The app cannot identify who sneezed. Delete a false detection, edit an entry, or add a missed sneeze or burst. Corrections are optional; detections are saved automatically. HISTORY AND DAILY TOTALS Browse timestamped entries and seven days of daily totals. Entries distinguish automatic detections from manual corrections. Add optional context without treating it as a proven cause. A blank day can mean tracking was paused or events were missed. PRIVATE ON YOUR WATCH Sound recognition runs locally using a model included in the app. Audio is not saved or uploaded. Your journal stays on your Watch, with no account, advertising, analytics collection, cloud upload, phone sync, or Health data access. Journal files are excluded from backups; uninstalling the app or losing your Watch can erase your records. Privacy, support, and model credits are available in Settings. This is a Watch-only app with no iPhone app experience. Sneeze Counter is a personal journal, not a diagnostic tool, allergy test, treatment, or regulated medical device. It does not measure illness or establish why a sneeze occurred. Do not use its counts to make medical decisions.
