About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

WrenchPro is the practical HVAC field companion built for independent technicians who need to work quickly, stay organized, and leave every job with clear documentation. It brings customer records, equipment history, service notes, readings, reports, invoices, diagnostic tools, and truck stock into one focused app designed for real work in the field. BUILT FOR THE SOLO HVAC TECH WrenchPro avoids the complexity of enterprise dispatch platforms. There are no teams to configure, routes to manage, or office workflows standing between you and the job. Open the app, find the customer, select the equipment, and start documenting the visit. JOBS AT A GLANCE The Jobs dashboard keeps recent visits, unpaid work, and follow-ups easy to find. Clear status indicators show which jobs are drafts, completed, unpaid, or need another visit. Tap dashboard metrics to move directly to the work that needs attention. CUSTOMER AND EQUIPMENT HISTORY Create customer profiles with names, phone numbers, email addresses, service locations, and private notes. Each customer record brings together their equipment and service history, so the details from the last visit are available when you need them. Build equipment profiles for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, air handlers, thermostats, commercial refrigeration systems, and other equipment. Record the brand, model, serial number, installation date, warranty notes, fuel type, refrigerant type, filter size, tonnage, BTU rating, and private service notes. FAST SERVICE DOCUMENTATION Log arrival and departure times, customer complaints, diagnosis, work performed, parts used, follow-up needs, private technician notes, and customer-facing notes. Optional fields keep the workflow fast, so you can capture only what matters for the current job. Record common HVAC measurements, including suction pressure, head pressure, superheat, subcooling, Delta T, static pressure, gas pressure, flame sensor microamps, capacitor microfarads, voltage, amperage, carbon monoxide, temperature rise, and refrigerant added or recovered. SEE WHAT CHANGED WrenchPro compares current readings with previous visits for the same equipment. Equipment timelines provide a clear history of service activity, while callback risk flags surface conditions worth reviewing before you close out the job. These tools help turn scattered notes into useful field history. BEFORE-AND-AFTER PROOF Attach before-and-after photos to a service visit, capture a customer signature, and keep the supporting evidence with the job record. The callback closeout workflow helps confirm that important checks, notes, photos, and acknowledgments are complete before the visit is finalized. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE REPORTS Turn completed visits into clean customer-facing reports. Reports can include customer information, equipment details, diagnosis, work performed, readings, reading changes, refrigerant activity, parts, notes, invoice details, service photos, and a customer signature. Use built-in customer-friendly phrases to explain common HVAC work clearly without rewriting the same language on every visit. Generate a PDF and share it through the native iOS share sheet using Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files, or another destination you choose. INVOICES AND FIELD TOOLS Add labor, parts, tax, discounts, totals, and payment status. Use calculators for temperature rise, Delta T, capacitor tolerance, and refrigerant weight. Follow reusable checklists and track truck stock. PRIVATE ICLOUD SYNC Records stay available locally in the field. Private iCloud sync helps restore data after reinstalling and keeps it available across Apple devices on one account. There is no developer backend, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics. BUILT FOR FIELD WORK A compact, high-contrast interface supports iPhone, iPad, light mode, dark mode, English, and Spanish. Keep the history. Capture the readings. Show the work. Close every job with confidence.
