No ads, ever. No subscriptions. It works fully offline, with no tracking and no accounts. Quiet Solitaire is Klondike, the solitaire with seven columns and a stock, laid out on a plain paper table. Big, legible cards, one sentence of status, four controls and nothing else. Open the app and you are back in the game you left, just as you left it. Build the four foundations by suit from ace to king, and move cards down the seven columns in alternating colors. Tap a card to send it where it fits, or drag it where you want it. Each new deal is a fresh shuffle, dealt at once. A few things make it pleasant to play: - Undo is unlimited, including draws and turning the waste back over. - Go through the stock as many times as you like. - Ask for a hint and it is shown on the table and said in plain words. Hints are free and unlimited. - When every card can go home, a Finish button sends them there one at a time. Nothing finishes on its own. - When there are no more moves, the game says so and offers a new deal. You can still undo. - A solved game ends with one sentence on the table. - A record for each draw mode: games played, games solved, your shortest time and fewest moves. Options, in Settings: - Draw one card or three. Three cards is the classic, harder game. - Four card backs: Felt, Harbor, Plum and Ink. - Left-handed layout, which moves the stock and waste to the left. - Tap to move, on or off. Drag works either way. - Show time and moves, on or off. - Haptics, on or off. Designed for iPhone and iPad. On iPad the cards grow with the screen, and in landscape the table sits beside a panel with the status, time and moves, and your record. With a hardware keyboard: Command-Z to undo, Command-N for a new deal, Command-comma for Settings, and Command-Return to finish when Finish is offered. Accessibility: - VoiceOver reads every card and pile, with actions to move a card to each place it can go. Changes in the status line are announced. - Text follows your Dynamic Type size, and card indices are large and clear. - With Reduce Motion on, cards fade instead of flipping, and nothing shakes. - Light and dark appearance follow your device.
