开发者在美国 App Store 的完整简介（英文原文）。
Every turnover, stamped. Pristly turns each cleaning into a professional PDF report your host trusts: a room-by-room checklist, before and after photos with the date and time printed on them, your arrival and finish times, damages and supplies to restock. BUILT FOR SHORT-TERM RENTAL CLEANERS • Ready-made checklists for Airbnb and VRBO turnovers: standard, deep clean, laundry and linens, restock, damage check • Before and after photos for every room, stamped with the time • Flag damages with a photo and a category (stain, broken item, missing item, leak…) • Mark what's running low: toilet paper, coffee, soap, trash bags • Arrival and finish times on every report — proof of time on site WRITE IN SPANISH, YOUR HOST READS IN ENGLISH Checklist items, damages, supplies and standard notes come from a fixed bilingual phrase bank, so the report comes out in your host's language. No AI and no guessing. Your own notes appear exactly as you wrote them, marked as the original. MOVING IN OR OUT? Move-in / move-out mode: rate walls, floors and fixtures room by room, add photos and both signatures, and keep a dated report for your deposit. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no server. Properties, reports and photos live on your iPhone. Share the PDF (and the photos if you want) through any app: Messages, WhatsApp, Mail. FREE AND PRO Free: 1 property and 3 reports a month, with a small "Made with Pristly" footer. Pristly Pro: unlimited properties and reports, reports in your host's language, your business name and logo, custom checklists and CSV history export.
