Shopping abroad or sharing a meal? See what the price means in your own currency before you pay. Baro brings clear currency conversion, quantity calculations and bill splitting to one travel-friendly keypad. Understand the price at a glance Choose your home and travel currencies, enter an amount and see a large, readable reference conversion. Compare favorite currencies alongside the main result, or open the full list for more. Buy several or share the bill Multiply a price by the quantity when buying several items. Divide a shared cost by the number of people, then check the conversion without switching to another calculator. Keep a conversion on your home screen Add a widget with a currency pair and preset amount you choose. Check a familiar conversion at a glance; the widget's amount is separate from the amount you enter in the app. Use saved rates offline Download exchange rates once with an internet connection. After that, calculate offline with the most recently saved rates. Baro shows the rate date and warns when rates are old. An internet connection is required for the first download and for fresh rates. Make it yours Choose your app language and light, dark or system appearance. Currency and display preferences stay on your device. No account is required. Usage sharing is optional and off by default. Entered amounts, calculation results and individual keypad inputs are not sent in analytics events. Rates are daily reference rates from Frankfurter, not live trading quotes. Bank fees, card fees and exchange conditions can make the amount you actually pay different. Check a rate without opening the app Choose a home screen or Lock Screen widget for a currency pair and preset amount. Widget updates depend on the operating system. Convert a price on Apple Watch Enter an amount and change currencies on your wrist. First, open Baro on your iPhone with an internet connection to download rates and send them to your watch. Then calculate using those saved rates, even when your phone is out of reach. Fresh rates come through your iPhone; watch updates may be delayed.
