As-Sukhnah, a town in Zarqa, Jordan, rebuilt in 3D from real map data: its streets and roundabouts, more than 7,000 houses, the mosques and schools, the Zarqa valley and the hills around it, under today's real sun, moon, stars and weather. And somewhere in it, 100 relics are hidden. THE HUNT - 100 relics in 20 collections: Nabataean coins, Roman milestones, Hejaz Railway spikes, falcon feathers, desert kites, and the legendary Crown of Sukhnah. - None of them shows until you are standing next to it. Follow the relic sense on your screen: cold, cool, warm, hot, burning. When it burns, an arrow points the way. - Walk into a relic, or drive over it slowly, to collect it. The drone can scout, but it cannot collect. - Complete collections and keep a journal of every find. THE TOP 100 - Play straight away, no account needed. Sign in with Apple if you like, and every relic you find counts on the global Top 100. - Ranked by relics found. A tie goes to whoever got there first. EXPLORE - Walk, run, sprint, jump, sit, wave and greet people with "As-salamu alaykum". - Drive a car through the real streets, with a synthesized engine, tyres on tarmac and gravel, and working lights. - Fly a drone over the whole town and its villages. - Real time in Jordan: the sun, the moon and the stars in their true places, and the live weather. - Apple Maps satellite imagery on the ground, 3D buildings with shops, solar heaters and water tanks, 24,000 trees and 3,600 street lamps. - Up to 120 frames per second on ProMotion screens, 90 fps and a supersampled Super resolution for the sharpest image. A NEW FEATURE EVERY MONTH Twelve features arrive one a month, from Photo Mode to Time Trials, Daily Quests and a Grand Tour by drone. Each one is free during its own month.
