Benny is a protein and macro tracker that makes hitting your daily protein goal simple. Snap a photo of your plate, type what you ate, or scan a barcode. Benny estimates the protein, calories, carbs and fat, lets you adjust the portions, and adds it to your day in seconds. HIT YOUR PROTEIN GOAL • A daily protein target set for your body, your goal and your training • One ring shows where you stand, with calories, carbs and fat underneath • Log a meal from a photo, a few words, or a barcode CLOSE THE GAP • See exactly how many grams you still need today • Get simple foods that close the gap within your calories, like Greek yogurt, eggs or chicken • Log a suggestion in one tap EAT IT AGAIN • Your usual foods are one tap away • Adjust any portion in 10 g steps before you log ASK BENNY • Ask anything about protein, meals and snacks • Answers use your goal, your targets and what you have eaten today EATING OUT • Scan a restaurant menu to see the protein in every dish Benny is built for anyone trying to eat more protein: lifting and building muscle, losing weight while keeping muscle, or simply eating better. Nutrition figures for barcodes and suggestions come from Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central. Estimates from photos and text are labelled as estimates.
