Create, edit, and manage Google Forms from your iPhone. With Formatic, you can build a survey, share a sign-up form, and follow the responses in one place. Collect customer feedback, organize event registrations, or check in with your team. Start a new form or keep working with one you already use. START FRESH OR PICK AN EXISTING FORM Create a blank form, or choose an existing form to import with Google Picker. Give it a title, add a description, and bring your questions together. ASK YOUR WAY Build quick polls or detailed questionnaires with short answers, paragraphs, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, ratings, scales, grids, dates, and times. Edit answer options, mark questions as required, and rearrange their order to guide people through your form. PREVIEW, PUBLISH, AND SHARE Check how your form looks before sharing. Publish when you are ready, then copy a link or display a QR code so people can open your form and respond. SEE THE BIG PICTURE AND THE DETAILS Explore response totals and charts in Summary, look at answers by Question, or read a complete submission in Individual. Move from an overview to the details that matter to you. STAY IN CONTROL OF RESPONSES Choose when your form accepts responses and configure email collection. Enable response notifications to keep up with new submissions. Notifications require permission and an active connection. Make your next form with Formatic. GOOGLE ACCOUNT REQUIRED A Google account, the relevant permissions, and an internet connection are required to manage forms and view responses. Access depends on your account permissions and each form's settings. Formatic is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. FORMATIC PRO Some features require a Formatic Pro subscription. Available plans, prices, features, and any eligible trial offers are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or after a free trial if one is offered and not canceled in time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your Formatic account does not cancel a subscription.
