WHAT GOES - Reels and Shorts, everywhere, including the ones sent to you in messages - For You feeds: you get your following feed instead - Explore and suggested posts - Ads and suggested content, if you ask for it TUNE IT, APP BY APP Stories, ads, feed, messages only, black and white: you choose what stays, and the change applies straight away. BLOCK THE ORIGINAL APPS Through Screen Time, UnSwipe can stop Instagram and TikTok from opening normally. Strict mode makes turning that off deliberately slow, for the days when willpower gives out.
