Logging expenses shouldn't feel like bookkeeping. Say it out loud, type one line, or snap a receipt — ExpenseAI reads the amount, merchant, category, and date, and you just glance and save. "$23.50 groceries" becomes a complete entry in seconds. Receipts are read on your device, and the recognized text is kept with the entry so you can double-check the total. KEY FEATURES • Log by voice — hold the input bar and speak, transcribed on-device • Log by text — type one line and let AI fill in the details • Log by receipt — camera or photo library, read with on-device OCR by default • AI drafts, you confirm — nothing is saved until you approve it • Split one sentence into several entries with multi-entry mode • Pay-cycle timeline — your ledger runs from payday to payday, not calendar months • Optional per-cycle budget once you set your payday • Stats per cycle or year — totals, trends, category share, spending pace • Expenses and income tracked separately for stats that mean something • On-device AI with Apple Intelligence by default — nothing leaves your iPhone • Optional cloud parsing with your own OpenAI or Alibaba Cloud (Qwen) API key — off by default, and nothing is sent until you tap Agree on an in-app permission screen • CSV export and import — opens directly in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets • No account, no sync, no ads By default, everything stays on your device. Entries, receipt photos, and settings are stored only on your iPhone, and voice input is transcribed on-device. Cloud AI is strictly opt-in: only if you choose OpenAI or Alibaba Cloud (Qwen) in Settings and tap Agree on the permission screen, the text you enter (plus your category names and today's date) is sent directly to that provider using your own API key. Receipt images are sent only with a second, separate permission. You can revoke permission at any time. We never receive, sell, or share your expenses. Requires iOS 17 or later. On-device AI parsing requires Apple Intelligence; other devices fall back to an on-device rough read you can correct by hand.
