FormBae builds a workout and diet plan around your body, your goals and the time you actually have - then adjusts it as you train. WHAT YOU GET • A plan made for you, not a template. Answer a short set of questions about your body, goals, food preferences and schedule, and get a plan built from your answers. • Workouts with video for every exercise, so you know what each movement should look like before you do it. • A diet plan that fits how you eat — vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or whatever your household cooks. • A food diary. Photograph a meal or note it down, and see your week. • Progress you can see. Log weight and measurements, complete weekly check-ins, and watch the trend rather than a single day. • Reminders for workouts and check-ins, only if you want them. A REAL COACH, WHEN YOU WANT ONE Add a professional coach and you get live one-to-one sessions booked at times that suit you, a plan written by them rather than generated, form and progress reviewed as you log workouts, and messaging between sessions. TRAIN WITH SOMEONE Pair up with an accountability partner, take on daily commitments, and keep score. Training is easier when somebody notices you skipped. MEMBERSHIP FormBae is a monthly subscription. It renews every month until you cancel, which you can do any time in your Apple Account subscription settings. The coach upgrade is billed separately.
