SiteReport Pro By Cedmad — App Store rankings

About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

SiteReport Pro turns your iPhone and iPad into a complete inspection tool: site visits, handover inspections, property condition reports, safety walks and quality checks. Produce a signed professional report in minutes, right on site. TWO-TAP CAPTURE Take a photo, pick a status: the item is saved with its date, time and GPS position. Large glove-friendly buttons, voice dictation and ready-made phrases speed up every observation. PLANS AND SNAG LISTS Import each floor plan (PDF or photo) and pin defects exactly where they are. Track every snag by contractor with a due date until it is closed. Follow-up inspections automatically bring back open snags with their "Before" photos. ANNOTATED PHOTOS Arrows, circles, rectangles, lines, text, highlighter and automatic numbers, in any colour and size, with undo and redo. Crop, rotate, favourite and compare before and after with a slider. BETTER REPORTS Premium PDF with cover page, logo, clickable table of contents, summary, issue list, pinned plans, photos, signatures, page numbers and QR code. High-quality version for printing. Word, Excel and CSV exports. One report per contractor in a single tap. INTERACTIVE REPORT Send your client a report that opens on any device without an app: instant search, filters, jump between defects, full-screen photos and before/after comparison. EVIDENCE YOU CAN TRUST Photos stamped with date and GPS, signatures from the inspector, client and manager, and an integrity fingerprint printed in the report: any change after signing can be detected by scanning the QR code. ORGANISED AND SEARCHABLE Project, building, floor, area: everything has its place. Instant search across projects, clients, addresses, areas, observations, contractors and even the text of scanned documents. Filter by date, client, project, inspector, status, priority and contractor. CHECKLIST TEMPLATES Built-in templates (handover, site progress, finishing works, property condition, safety), unlimited categories, libraries, duplication, sharing and import from a spreadsheet. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account, no ads, no data collected. Everything works offline. Optional iCloud sync between your iPhone and iPad, full backups in the Files app. FREE TRIAL AND PRO OPTIONS Try the app with one project, 2 watermark-free PDF reports and a sample project.
