Resizo — App Store rankings

About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

Resizo is the fastest way to resize images on your Mac. Drop one photo or a hundred into the window, choose a size, and hit "Resize and Save" — Resizo takes care of the rest. ALL AT ONCE • Resize whole folders of photos together, processed in parallel across your Mac's cores. • Progress bar, per-image results, and the option to cancel at any time. • See right away how much space you saved, photo by photo and in total. PRECISE SIZES • In pixels: set the width, the height, or both. With proportions locked, the image fits the box without distortion. • By percentage: from 5% to 300%. • One-click presets: Web (1920 px), Social (1080 px), Icon (512×512), Email (800 px). Create your own and hide the ones you don't use. • Portrait photos stay portrait: the camera orientation is applied automatically. FORMATS • Opens PNG, JPEG, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF, BMP, GIF, and WebP. • Saves in the original format, as PNG, or as JPEG with adjustable quality. • Turn iPhone HEIC photos into JPEGs that work everywhere. YOUR PRIVACY COMES FIRST • No uploads, no account, no tracking: your images never leave your Mac. • By default Resizo strips EXIF metadata from exported files: date, camera model, and GPS location. Share photos without revealing where you took them. Need it? Keep it with a single option. SIMPLE AND SAFE • Your originals are never touched: Resizo always creates a new file with a suffix of your choice (e.g. "photo-resized.jpg") and never overwrites an existing file. • Save to Pictures › Resizo or any folder you choose; Resizo remembers it. • It also remembers the format, quality, and suffix you used last time. BUILT FOR macOS • Drag images onto the Dock icon or use "Open With…" in Finder. • Right-click images in Finder › Services › "Resize with Resizo". • Keyboard shortcuts: ⌘O to add, ⌘↩ to resize, ⌘⌫ to remove selected images. • Light, dark, or automatic appearance; interface in English and Italian. Perfect for preparing photos for the web, social media, email, marketplaces, or documents — and for freeing up disk space without the effort.
