CoAPP Desktop brings your Microsoft 365 Copilot conversations and available agents into a dedicated workspace on your Mac. Organize questions, work with files and compare responses while keeping track of your follow-up tasks. KEEP CONVERSATIONS ORGANIZED Maintain separate conversations for Copilot, individual agents and groups of agents. Revisit earlier questions, continue a thread, and export a conversation as Markdown. WORK WITH FILES Attach files to a question, preview supported file types, and download available generated files or source documents. Follow-up replies keep their own file download controls in the conversation. COMPARE MULTIPLE PERSPECTIVES In Aggregate, send a question to multiple agents you have access to and view their answers side by side. Each agent keeps its own conversation context. QUEUE YOUR NEXT STEPS Enter follow-up questions while a response is in progress. Later turns wait for earlier work in the same conversation to finish. In Aggregate, the next turn waits for all selected agents. Remove a waiting question or stop a task when needed. MAKE THE WORKSPACE COMFORTABLE Choose light or dark appearance and adjust text size. An optional local API lets compatible tools connect to CoAPP on your Mac. LOCAL CODING AND DOCUMENT TOOLS Use Codex in an isolated macOS environment with per-session project permissions, imported Skills and MCP tools, document generation and interactive previews. First setup downloads macOS from Apple and requires at least 70 GB of free disk space and 6 GB of available memory. No separate host companion installation is needed. BUILD SLIDES AND WORKFLOWS Use Presenton to draft and edit slides, then export PowerPoint or PDF. In Rivet, connect prompts and processing steps on a visual canvas, run the graph and inspect each step. Both editors are included in the workspace. REQUIREMENTS Live Microsoft features require an internet connection and a Microsoft account with access to Microsoft 365 Copilot. Built-in Demo Mode uses fictional data and simulated responses without an account. Agents, file access and work-related information depend on your account, license and organization policies. CoAPP does not include a Microsoft subscription or grant access to content you cannot already use. Supports Apple silicon Macs running macOS 27 or later. Intel Macs are not supported. Submitted prompts and attachments are processed through the Microsoft services you sign in to. CoAPP is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
