Prosperiu is a personal finance tracker that keeps every part of your money in one place. Record what you spend, and see your accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgage, investments, crypto and property on a single screen. No bank connection. You type the numbers, and they stay yours. WHY PEOPLE USE IT • Know what is actually left this month, not what happens to be sitting in the account • Catch an overspend before the month ends, not after • See one honest number for everything you own and everything you owe • Keep your financial life private: nothing is pulled from a bank, so nothing can leak from one CASH FLOW AND BUDGETS • A monthly cash flow that counts what is still scheduled, not only what already moved • A projected balance for any date you pick, with a three month chart behind it • Budgets per category that warn you before the money runs out rather than after • Every figure opens to a full breakdown: which account, which charge, which date ACCOUNTS, LOANS AND PROPERTY • Bank, business, savings, cash and credit cards • Loans and mortgages with a full amortisation table, so you see principal against interest • Pension funds, study funds and physical assets like a flat or a car • Choose which accounts count toward your totals, and the choice is saved INVESTMENTS • A securities and crypto portfolio: holdings, return, and average cost • Live market prices, read only, for information • A net worth chart over time, with a benchmark to compare against ALERTS YOU WRITE YOURSELF • A price move, a gain or a loss on a holding, a low bank balance, spending over a limit, goal progress, or a periodic summary • Written in your own words, turned into a rule you confirm GOALS • A target with a date, and a track that tells you whether you are on pace • Progress that updates from the money you actually record BUILT FOR HEBREW • Full Hebrew right to left, and English • Shekel first, with other currencies converted at today's rate A GUIDE INSIDE THE APP A full walkthrough opens with a few short questions, builds a path that fits you, and then explains every screen in place. Nothing is left to guess. SAPIR IS HER OWN APP On the phone the assistant is not a screen inside Prosperiu. She is a separate app, Sapir by Prosperiu, running on the same account: what you record there appears here, and the other way round. She is downloaded separately from the App Store. A LANGUAGE MODEL, ONLY WHERE YOU ASK FOR IT An alert can be written in your own words, and the app turns the sentence into a rule. That sentence, with the names of your accounts, categories and goals, is sent to a language model from Anthropic, an outside company. Amounts and balances are not sent. Nothing is sent until you agree in Settings, and the consent can be withdrawn there at any time. WHAT PROSPERIU IS NOT Not a bank, not a broker, not a wallet, not an exchange. It moves no money, places no market orders, connects to no bank account, and holds none of your funds or coins. Every number is what you typed. Market prices are read-only, from public market data, and are shown for information only. Nothing in the app is investment advice. YOUR DATA Account deletion lives inside the app, in Settings, and removes your user and all of your data permanently. Your data is encrypted in transit, and your rows are readable only by your own account and by anyone you deliberately invite to your cashflow in Flow sharing, at the permission you choose.
