About this app
The developer's US App Store description, in full.
Client asking for "one more thing"? Make the extra work clear before you start. ScopeGuard helps freelancers and small creative studios document scope creep, estimate extra fees, and share professional change order PDFs from an iPhone. An extra website page. Another video revision. More photos than agreed. Keep the original agreement and each new request together, so you can discuss the added cost and delivery date with your client. DOCUMENT THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT • Create client projects with the original price and delivery date • Record each agreed scope item, confirmation date, and note • Keep project and client details organized in one place CAPTURE NEW CLIENT REQUESTS • Save the client's exact wording • Record when the request was made • Mark whether it falls outside the original scope • Add clear assessment notes CALCULATE THE IMPACT • Add the extra fee • Estimate additional work time • Record timeline extensions • Calculate a revised delivery date, then adjust it when needed CREATE PROFESSIONAL CHANGE ORDERS • Generate a polished PDF directly on your iPhone • Include project details, original scope, new requests, fees, and dates • Preview the document before sharing • Share through the standard iOS share sheet TRACK EVERY DECISION Follow each Change Order from Draft to Sent, Approved, Declined, Completed, and Paid. The dashboard keeps active projects, approvals, approved revenue, and unpaid fees visible. Statuses are recorded by you; ScopeGuard does not collect payments or provide electronic signatures. PRIVATE BY DESIGN ScopeGuard works without an account. Your project data is stored on your device. PDF generation needs no server or external AI service. No advertising or third-party tracking SDKs. ScopeGuard is built for designers, developers, editors, photographers, consultants, and small studios who want a better way to protect their time and communicate the cost of extra work.
