About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

See what is inside folders and archives before you open them — select a file in Finder and press Space. Loupe is a Quick Look extension that gives you an instant preview of folder contents and compressed archives. No extraction, no extra windows, no waiting. WHAT IT DOES • Preview folder contents — see every file and subfolder without opening a Finder window • Preview ZIP archives — browse what is inside before you extract • Preview RAR archives — inspect contents without third-party extractors • Preview 7z archives — high-compression archives, previewed instantly • Preview TAR archives — including .tar.gz and .tar.bz2 bundles HOW IT WORKS 1. Select any folder or archive in Finder. 2. Press Space. 3. Loupe shows you what is inside — file names, sizes, and structure — right in the Quick Look panel. That is it. No setup beyond enabling the extension once. SUPPORTED FORMATS Folders · ZIP · RAR · 7z · TAR · TAR.GZ · TAR.BZ2 PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION Loupe has no network entitlement. That is not a policy promise — it is an operating-system constraint. The app cannot connect to the internet, cannot phone home, and cannot upload anything. Your files stay on your device, always. No analytics. No accounts. No telemetry. No tracking. The app interface is available in over 40 languages. https://www.eduardbruch.com/loupe/privacy https://www.eduardbruch.com/loupe/terms
