Key features • Add properties by address search, manual entry, or document capture • Review address, land, building, and recent transaction data from public sources • Calculate purchase value, estimated value, debt, net worth, LTV, and monthly cash flow • Manage leases, loans, taxes, schedules, income, and expenses • Store source documents and extract structured fields with AI • Review rule-based risks and ask AI questions grounded in your saved ledger • Share portfolios with role-based access and export monthly PDF reports • Receive reminders for lease, loan, and tax deadlines The app distinguishes user-entered data, public data, deterministic calculations, and AI estimates. AI and public-data results are for reference and do not replace appraisal, brokerage, financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Subscriptions Personal, Wealth, and Family Office are auto-renewable monthly subscriptions. Local pricing is shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.
