About this app
The developer's US App Store description, in full.
Anosake is a sake journal that keeps the taste and aroma you felt as a beautiful 3D bottle. “That sake was so good.” Keep that feeling as your own bottle—no scores, no right answers. RECORD IN FOUR STEPS Follow the moment of drinking: • First aroma — how much it rose before the sip • First sip — the force and texture at first contact • Mid-palate — sweetness, acidity, umami, bitterness, and inner aroma • Finish — how long it lingers, and the returning aroma No specialist numbers. Just simple 5-step gauges and aromas like fruit, floral, and grain. If you pause, it remains as a draft. YOUR SENSES BECOME A BOTTLE What you recorded becomes small cubes. They gather, move, and glow into a 3D bottle that is yours alone. Even the same sake becomes a different bottle if you felt it differently. When it is complete, look, turn, and tap. Sound and haptics stay with the bottle you felt. KEEP, REVISIT, LEARN • Home — where your senses mix and grow • Collection — look at the bottles you felt, as in a gallery • Me — how many you have recorded, and the aromas you notice most Export a still image or a short video to share. Records stay on your device, with backup export and restore. Anosake does not keep the right answer about sake. It keeps what you felt from that bottle, in that moment. If that’s how you felt it, that’s your bottle. This app includes alcohol-related content and is intended for adults of legal drinking age.
