About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

Who has paid, who is late, and how much are you owed — in one glance. Konnach Kira is the rent notebook for small landlords: 1 to 20 units — apartments, shops, garages. Built for owners who track rent in a paper notebook, a WhatsApp chat with themselves, or a spreadsheet they hate. THE 5TH OF THE MONTH, SOLVED • Your month on one screen: collected, outstanding, late • Every unit with its status: paid, partial, due or late — days late counted • Record a payment in three taps; the math is done for you • Partial payments, advance payments and waived months all handled RECEIPTS THAT END ARGUMENTS • Numbered PDF rent receipts (quittance) in Arabic, French or English • The amount written out in words, the way official documents demand • A full statement per lease: every month, every payment, every balance • Share straight to WhatsApp NEVER CHASE FROM MEMORY • A reminder before rent is due, another when it turns late • A polite, ready-made WhatsApp reminder in your tenant's language — one tap • Lease-expiry alerts 60 and 30 days ahead KNOW YOUR NUMBERS • Collection rate, outstanding ageing, occupancy • A 12-month collection chart • Export reports when the accountant asks PRIVATE. OFFLINE. YOURS. • No account, no sign-up, no cloud — your data never leaves your phone • Works in airplane mode, anywhere • Face ID lock and a one-file local backup • Arabic, French and English, with a full right-to-left design FREE & FAIR Your first unit is free forever — unlimited payments and receipts, no trial clock. Premium unlocks unlimited properties and units, statements, report export, recurring charges, expense tracking and your logo on receipts — as a simple monthly or yearly subscription, or one lifetime purchase.
