应用简介

开发者在美国 App Store 的完整简介（英文原文）。

BillMeter recomputes every utility bill from your actual tariff and tells you, to the cent, whether the number your provider printed is right. Most apps multiply your usage by a rate you typed in and call it an estimate. BillMeter models the real thing: tiered rates, time of use windows, standing charges, seasonal riders and taxes. WHAT YOU GET - Bill auditing that compares the printed total against a full recomputation, line by line - Clear verdicts on every bill, with the formula behind each number shown on tap - Six driver breakdown that separates price changes from weather from actual behaviour - Weather normalisation using local climate data, so a cold month is not mistaken for waste - Tiered and time of use rate modelling for electricity, gas and water - Forecasts for your next bill, based on your own history rather than a generic average - Anomaly detection that flags a bill before you pay it TRACK EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE - Electricity, gas, water, sewer, internet, trash and any other recurring service - Multiple properties, useful for landlords and second homes - Meter readings with automatic usage calculation - Photo capture of paper bills, filed for later - Import your utility interval data to see exactly when you use power UNDERSTAND YOUR SPEND - Daily spend heat map across the year - Cost per day, per unit, per person and per square foot - Year on year and month on month comparisons - Split bills between housemates and settle up - Budget targets with a daily allowance that updates as you go BUILT THE RIGHT WAY - No ads anywhere in the app, ever - No account required and no sign up - Your bills stay on your device. There is no cloud and no server - No analytics and no tracking of any kind - Works fully offline - Designed for iPhone and iPad WHY IT MATTERS Utility billing is complicated by design. Tiered rates, seasonal adjustments and rate riders make it almost impossible to tell whether a bill is correct by looking at it. Errors happen, and they are rarely in your favour. BillMeter does the arithmetic your provider assumes you will never do. Every figure the app shows can be tapped to reveal the exact formula with your own numbers substituted in. Nothing is a black box. AI ASSISTANCE Optional AI features can read a photographed bill and explain a month in plain language. When you use them, the text is sent for processing and is never stored. Everything else works entirely offline. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
