About this app

The developer's US App Store description, in full.

Paperwork keeps track of the things that quietly expire. Subscriptions, bills, insurance, warranties, documents and appointments all live in one place, and you are told the last day you can still do something about each one. WHY PEOPLE KEEP IT - See the last day you can still cancel, switch or claim, not only the renewal date - Reminders arrive early enough to be useful, not on the day it is already too late - One dashboard shows what is at risk over the next 30 days - Works fully offline with no account and no sign in - No ads, no trackers and no analytics of any kind WHAT YOU CAN TRACK - Subscriptions, streaming and memberships - Bills, utilities and recurring payments - Insurance policies and their renewal windows - Warranties, receipts and proof of purchase - Passports, licences, visas and permits - Vehicle registration, service and inspection dates - Home, property and maintenance schedules - Medical appointments and prescription refills - Pet, travel and tax deadlines BUILT AROUND THE DATE THAT MATTERS Most apps remind you on the renewal date, by which point the cancellation window has already closed. Paperwork works backwards from the notice period and shows you the last day action is still possible. QUIET AND HONEST BY DESIGN - One daily summary, sent only when something genuinely needs you - A weekly review of what is done and what is not - A load map showing how your year is distributed so you can clear a heavy week early - Nothing is invented. Estimated figures are always marked as estimates PRIVACY IS THE DEFAULT - Everything you file stays on your device - There is no account, no login and no server holding your records - We collect no analytics, run no advertising and include no third party trackers - Deleting the app removes everything, because we never held a copy DOCUMENTS AND SCANS - Attach a photo or a PDF to any record - Text inside your scans becomes searchable - Sensitive numbers are stripped before any optional smart feature is used - Images and PDFs never leave your device OPTIONAL AI ASSISTANCE Smart features run only when you tap one, never in the background. They read the text you point them at and help you understand a renewal clause or a notice period in plain language. MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD - A two pane layout built for the larger iPad screen, not a stretched phone view - Full keyboard and command support - Dark and light themes that follow your choice, not the system EXPORT AND OWNERSHIP Your records are yours. Export to CSV, JSON or PDF at any time. Paperwork is built by a small studio that cares about quality, restraint and privacy. There are no ads, no data collection and no dark patterns.
