Read EPUB, PDF, TXT and Markdown, then turn important ideas into notes you can keep as ordinary Markdown. A workspace that adapts - Unfold iPhone Duo to keep reading and book-scoped notes side by side - Use one focused workspace in partial-fold and compact layouts - Keep your reading position, active workspace and Markdown drafts as the screen changes - Enjoy the same spacious reading and writing workflow on iPad Markdown, inside your reading flow - Read, edit and preview Markdown without switching apps - Use source and preview side by side when space allows - Navigate outlines, find and replace, and apply formatting - Scroll wide code and table blocks within Preview on iOS 18 or later - Keep native source editing, undo, redo and explicit local save Read and keep what matters - Import EPUB, PDF, TXT and Markdown files from Files - Tap or swipe to turn EPUB and TXT pages, or use continuous reading - Adjust text size, line spacing and reading theme - Keep bookmarks and highlights inside each book - Organize only the notes you actively wrote in Study - Save or share active notes as Markdown, including an Obsidian-compatible workflow Foliomere is free to download. Core reading, bookmarks, highlights, written notes and Markdown note export remain free. The one-time, non-consumable Foliomere Pro purchase permanently unlocks advanced Markdown editing, Recall and tags, Study Files and continuous read-aloud. There is no subscription. Readers who originally acquired Foliomere before version 1.1.0 receive Pro automatically. Removing a book deletes its local copy, bookmarks and highlights. Notes you actively wrote remain in Study with source metadata, but can no longer open the removed book. No accounts, ads, behavioral analytics or third-party tracking. Your library stays in the app sandbox by default. External Markdown copies go only to a folder you choose. Study Files is not automatic library or note cloud sync; nothing is uploaded to developer-operated servers. iPhone Duo adaptation requires iOS 27.1. Foliomere continues to support iOS 17 or later; iOS 17 uses the native Markdown preview.
