开发者在美国 App Store 的完整简介（英文原文）。

Find the work you are giving away. Stop Working for Free helps freelancers, consultants, tradespeople and small businesses understand how much unpaid client work they are actually performing. Track calls, meetings, revisions, travel, quoting, support and administration. Classify each activity clearly, assign it to a client or project, and see the value of work that falls outside the agreed scope. SEE THE REAL COST OF CLIENT WORK Start a live timer or add work retrospectively. Apply your hourly rate and classify the activity as: • Billable • Included in the agreed price • Goodwill • Unpaid and outside scope • Awaiting approval • Internal work Only genuinely unpaid, out-of-scope work contributes to the headline unpaid-work figure. TRACK BY CLIENT AND PROJECT Create clients, organise activities into projects and see where your time is going. Review: • Total time recorded • Unpaid work value • Billable work • Included time • Goodwill • Work awaiting classification • Activity by client • Activity by project • Weekly and monthly totals RUN A SEVEN-DAY WORK AUDIT Track everything for one week before changing how you work. Small calls, repeated revisions, quote preparation, travel and support can be easy to overlook. Recording them creates a clearer picture of what each client relationship really requires. BUILD BETTER BOUNDARIES Use your reports to identify repeated out-of-scope requests and decide what should change. You might choose to: • Charge for additional revisions • Add support time to future quotes • Set clearer project limits • Review a client’s rate • Keep selected work as deliberate goodwill The app helps you understand the work. It does not automatically contact clients, issue invoices or make decisions for you. PRIVATE AND LOCAL-FIRST Stop Working for Free is designed to work without an account. Your clients, projects, rates, work records and notes are stored on your device. Optional app locking helps protect commercially sensitive information. EXPORT YOUR RECORDS Export activity data for your own records and use clear summaries to support pricing, quoting and client conversations. Stop guessing how much work you are giving away. Track it, understand it and decide what should happen next. We use standard terms: "Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/"
