Understand your body, one check-in at a time. Pevori is a private symptom journal designed to make everyday tracking feel calm and manageable. Log what you’re feeling, add the details that matter, and look back on changes over time — without creating an account. QUICK, FLEXIBLE LOGGING • Record symptoms with a 1–10 intensity • Search a full symptom catalog or add your own • Add body areas, notes, dates, and times • Log medications, treatments, and general notes MAP WHERE YOU FEEL IT Use the detailed body map when location matters. Mark multiple areas and record more than one symptom in each area, with individual intensity levels and a shared note. A JOURNAL YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE Search your history, browse by day or calendar, edit past entries, and follow ongoing symptom episodes without losing individual updates. PATTERNS, NOT DIAGNOSES See observational summaries of frequency, intensity, and timing based only on your saved entries. Pevori can help you notice changes over time; it does not diagnose conditions. CLEAR EXPORTS FOR CONVERSATIONS Choose a date range and entry types, preview a readable PDF, or export structured CSV data. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.
