Attention Age is a short set of attention challenges that gives you a clear, transparent result — then helps you practice, compare fairly week to week, and start real focus sessions. No account. Your results stay on your iPhone. WHAT YOU GET • A five-minute test built from three timed tasks: Signal Watch (tap the signals, skip the decoys), Interference (judge the middle arrow) and Tracking (follow moving shapes). • A 0–100 Attention Index with five category scores — Sustained Attention, Response Control, Consistency, Distractor Handling and Object Tracking — each explained in plain language. • Your strongest category this session, one suggested practice focus, and a validity check that flags sessions that probably don't reflect a real attempt. • Not ready for five minutes? Try a 20-second practice challenge first. THE DAILY SIGNAL — FREE One 20-second challenge per day, the same pattern for everyone on the same date. Share a simple result grid if you like. No rankings, no fake competitors. PRACTICE WITH A CLEAR FINISH • Signal Watch, Interference and Tracking are free to practice. • Pro adds seven more precision drills — Hold the Line, Drift, Bait, Wait, Metronome, Sequence and The Feed — with gradual, transparent difficulty and mastery. • Daily circuits in Quick (~2 min), Standard (~5 min) or Extended (~10 min). Suggestions lean toward your lowest category in the latest session. COMPARE FAIRLY A weekly re-test uses the same tasks and scoring, on any day that suits you. Changes under 5 points are called "about the same", early gains from familiarity are flagged, and every result stays in your history — including lower ones. Weekly results are always free. READY TO FOCUS — DEEP WORK Name one task, pick a length, begin. A clean countdown with a Lock Screen Live Activity, optional brown noise, rain or Deep Field ambience, and an easy way to pause or end. 10 and 25 minute sessions are free; 45 and 90 minutes with Pro. MEET LUMEN An abstract companion made of light that reacts to finished sessions and grows clearer as you complete assessments, focus minutes and milestones — earned by showing up, never by your score. It stays out of the way during timed tasks and respects Reduce Motion. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no third-party analytics. Export your history as CSV or delete everything from Settings. THE HONEST PART Attention Age is an entertainment and self-practice app. The Attention Index reflects your performance on these specific tasks on this device. It is not an age, a percentile or a ranking, it is not compared with any population, and it is not a medical, clinical or diagnostic test.
