Anyone can now generate or edit a convincing image in seconds. For service visits, inspections, deliveries and handovers, an ordinary photo is no longer enough. ProofLens turns live captures into traceable, verifiable field records. Instead of keeping evidence, approvals and report history in separate messages, ProofLens connects them in one structured workflow. Teams and clients can see what was captured, how the record was created, when it was reviewed and who approved it. Use ProofLens for: • Technical service and maintenance reports • Vehicle and equipment handovers • Rental property inspections • Cargo and warehouse damage records • Construction progress reports • Delivery condition checks • Field inspections and completed work Key features: • Create structured field reports • Capture evidence live inside the app • Keep capture details and integrity information with the record • Request review and approval • Record approval comments and activity • Track pending and completed reports • Keep evidence, workflow history and approvals together • Generate clear, shareable reports ProofLens is built for work where sending a photo is no longer enough. It creates a traceable record of what was captured, reviewed and approved. ProofLens verifies the integrity and workflow history of records created through the app. It does not claim to determine absolute physical truth or replace legal, insurance or professional inspection processes.
